We love Summer Time!!

Kooper just had to get into the hot tub the other night, but I didn't bring his swimming trunks, sooo.......he went in his undies!! I had to take a picture!!

We went and saw UP in 3D!! Kooper wore his glasses for about 30 mins into the movie & then took them off!! It was such a cute movie!!

We also got to explore the inside of the Science Spectrum!! Kooper had never been and neither had I!! There is so much to do and look at, we all had a great time!!

Critter Fest '09

We took Koop to Critter Fest at the Science Spectrum on Friday. He loved everything there, well he was scared of the snakes, but i can't blame him!!

Garden Update!!

Our garden is in full swing!! The corn is about chest high, the jalapenos are blooming, the watermelon and cantaloupe vines are spreading, the green beans are producing, the squash are blooming, and the zucchini are making!! Here is a picture of our first 2 zucchini!! I am so excited, and all our hard work has paid off!! Now lets hope they taste good!!

Kooper's 1st & Last Swim Lesson!!

I enrolled Kooper in swimming lessons last Tuesday, he went to his first class on Tuesday afternoon. At first he was having a great time, about 30 mins into the 'lesson' he started freaking out. Lets just say I was very concerned about all the children's safety at this pool!! I called and talked to the owner the next day about my concerns and he agreed to refund my money!! Now, Kooper is terrified of the water!! So hopefully the more he goes to the pool this summer, the more comfortable he will be!! When i took him swimming the next day he asked me, 'Mama, are we going to the scary pool?' It broke my heart!! But he's a trooper and will get over it soon, I hope!!
